...I am definitely thrilled to be with my current host and plan on keeping my domains with M6.net for a long time. I've found support times to be great, with a quick turn-around. I've also found the weekly newsletter very enjoyable to read. I've had troublesome experiences in the past with webhosts, and I haven't had one come close to the great service M6.net has.

I do a growing amount of freelance web development, and have dealt with four or five other hosts, including three that are supposedly considered to be "quality" hosts by ZDNEt, PCMagazine, and others. (These "quality" hosts include Readyhosting, ProHosting, and CIHost.)
M6.net is, hands down, the best host I have ever dealt with. Sure, the technical stuff is there - real features, ease of use, and the fastest page loads I have ever seen - but those are not the best feature. This support staff is.
I have submitted a half-dozen support queries so far, ranging from customization of my new account to various actual problems. Without exception, they have been handled amazingly quick, with courteous and thorough service. I am stunned.

Damn you offer a good service. I haven't found another web host with as many features, with such perfectly scalable options and low cost. My fears of spending a fortune before my site takes off and makes back that money are put at ease! If things work well I will be expanding (hopefully soon) with your servers.

Dear M6, I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how impressed I am with your operation. I work almost exclusively with .NET, and until last week was not able to find a host that does what you do. m6.net really supports Microsoft's latest and greatest tools in a big way.
In under a week, I was able to set up and run my SQL Server database, several Access databases and .NET web sites and applications. m6.net even takes care of moving domains! Wow!
In taking up a new host, I expected to incur the frustration of a learning curve. So a special word of thanks to the whole team, especially Lachlan, Gavan and Chinthaka, is in order. They responded promptly, accurately and thoughtfully to my several questions, making the switch relatively painless.

just a note to say thanks for the extremely efficient and fast turnaround on
several support issues to do with getting a beta of Microsoft''s
CommunityServer app running in my hosted space last week. Leo and Kunal in
particular, though also Saif and Farooq, were very quick to respond to
